OMG, we just received NOA yesterday. I’m so happy

Last saturday i went to Shangri-La, Putrajaya.
Very nice hotel and it is actually boutique hotel.
I don’t know how much the room cost but it look extremely cosy and the food there is nice.
I took some pic when i was there.

PS. NOA = Notice of Action. It is an acknowledgment from US immigration that they have received your K1 (I-129) application for a fiance(e) 90-day visa aka “sweetheart” visa.
Sweetheart visa? hahaha…………seriously sayang…………i never heard that words before. Get your facts correct!
From an immigration lawyer’s website:
“The Immigration Service in the U.S. will require you to secure a K-1 Fiancee Visa to permit your new fiancee to visit you in your home state. This visa allows her to enter the U.S. one time up to 90 days to continue your courtship together in your home state before a final decision to marry in the U.S. Sometimes called a “sweetheart’s visa or engagement visa”, the K-1 Fiancee Visa is the principal means by which an American and his foreign fiance(e) can complete an engagement period before marriage.”
