I'm still contemplating on whether I should go for Fiancee Visa or Spouse visa (meaning I have to get married back in malaysia). But of course, my partner wants things to be done over here rather than having to fly back and forth.. I've been told by a Malaysian friend (whom recently got her PR status) that according to her lawyer, fiancee visa has a higher chance of being approved, rather than spouse. Since you've already applied for your K1 visa, would you mind feeding my curiosity? wink wink. Did you get a lawyer to handle all those tedious workpapers? It's funny how money and fame causes people to overlook such character traits as pedophilia which, under normal circumstances, would have you vilified and sent to jail.
