Easter on the Farm

As with every year, I spent Easter weekend on my family’s farm in Pennsylvania. My cousin had quadruplets, four blonde girls… now almost three years old.

While we were there, they were the cutest things in the world. Now that I am home it’s been three days I’ve been sick as a dog. Sleeping with a fever is most unpleasant.

The Easter bunny came for a visit and brought the children some goodies.

In other news, I got an email saying glitter85 has lost and reset her password on Saturday. Does that mean we’ll be hearing from her soon? I hope so.

It’s almost time for Lana, my labrador to be mated with another pure bread lab.. and make puppies! Any day now she will come into heat and I will take the drive to upstate NY to visit with her boyfriend and soon to be father of her pups. For the past month, my dog has undergone testing and certification for healthy and prosperous delivery. I wonder how many we’ll get.

I’m keeping one of the puppies, so this will be the first time since I was a small child that I will be responsible to two dogs. Good thing I don’t have a girlfriend or there wouldn’t be room in my bed for the four of us.
