Memorial Day
Today is Memorial Day.
Memorial Day is the American holiday when we honor the men and women who have fought and died for our freedom, we salute our public servants and many towns host parades that include veteran soldiers, local police and fire departments, and organizations of all sorts. Today is like American Day and is one of our nation’s most important holidays. Memorial Day brings a mix of Patriotism, respect and sadness.
After the parades, friends and families unite for the day off in the sun, a meal and general enjoyment of the holiday that also marks the beginning of summer. Today, the weather, was no less than perfect.
